S.E.A. Leaders Jr. is a six week cohort for young adults entering the workforce, between age 14-21, that focuses on the emotional intelligence, authentic leadership and customer service skills that will prepare them for success in the workforce as an employee or entrepreneur.

The Foundation
Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is key to success. It is what separates the good from the great in life and in careers. In this workshop we will provide learning and activities that help teens learn the key components of emotional intelligence and how to leverage it in life and in the workforce.
Customer Service Soft Skills
Customer Service isn't just about being nice, because sometimes nice won't cut it.. It is about being helpful,it is about being innovative & solution oriented, and more. We will teach cohort participants how to be helpful without compromising business needs, how to manage difficult situations, communicate effectively with people and more...
Authentic Leadership
Leadership is about influence not authority. Cohort participants will learn how to influence and lead by example, maintain professionalism and positivity in difficult situations, overcome adversity, encourage collaboration over competition, identify and embrace strengths and weaknesses and more..

Q: What is the cost?
A: The cost of the cohort is $99
Q: Are Scholarships available?
A: Please reach out via email regarding payment assistance to traininginfo@sealeadersinc.com
Q:Will there be a certificate of completion?
A: Absolutely, cohort participants will have a graduation ceremony as well as be invited to intern with S.E.A. Leaders throughout the year and will have priority for eligible internships in college.
Q: Will the workshop be in person or virtual?
A: The workshop will be in person but participants can join virtually up to times per cohort.
Q:Am I able to sponsor a teen?
A: Of course, If you want to sponsor a teen or teens please email us at traininginfo@sealeadersinc.com for an invoice
Q: What if I want my teen to participate but we don't have transportation?
A: Transportation can be added for an additional $25 program fee and handbook bust be read and signed by both teen and parent. Email us at traininginfo@sealeadersinc.com if you need to add transportation services.
