PLEASE SCHEDULE AND EXPLORATION CALL TO DISCUSS BEFORE BOOKING! We can bring our S.E.A. Training to you! We will provide a service experience accountability workshop for your team. We will give them the fundamentals required to provide a great customer service experience. Your employees will learn about: Customer service vs. Customer experience Emotional Intelligence Different communications styles and methods Different types of consumers Diversity and Sensitivity in customer service Deescalation skills (problem solving and crisis management) How to respond to feedback/criticism Stress Management in the workplace and more.... *all participants will receive a Service Experience Accountability Success kit and training workbook. This training can be purchased once or contracted annually or quarterly. Prior to setting a date you will be contacted to learn more about your business and any challenges your team faces. *please be advised if outside of Indiana you will be responsible for travel accommodations (flight and hotel stay ONLY) Please reserve your ideal training day at booking. You will receive an email with pre training questionnaire and pre training meeting request time. This training is for no more than 25 employees at a time. If more than 25 employees multiple sessions will need to be booked. Fee is non refundable and we will allow 2 reschedules based on mutual availability.
