No store front, but want the S.E.A. professional instructor lead training for your team? Schedule a Virtual S.E.A. Training experience. No more than 25 associates per booking. If more are required please book separate days, in 25 person increments.We will provide a service experience accountability workshop for your team. We will give them the fundamentals required to provide a great customer service experience. Your employees will learn about: Customer service vs. Customer experience Emotional Intelligence Different communications styles and methods Different types of consumers Customer service soft skills Deescalation skills How to respond to feedback/criticism Stress Management in the workplace and more.... This training can be purchased once or contracted annually or quarterly. Prior to setting a date you will be contacted to learn more about your business and any challenges your team faces. * Please reserve your ideal training day at booking. You will receive an email with pre training questionnaire and pre training meeting request time. This training is for no more than 25 employees at a time. If more than 25 employees multiple sessions will need to be booked. Fee is non refundable and we will allow 2 reschedules based on mutual availability.
