1. Commitment to Excellence: Member acknowledges and agrees to uphold the highest standards of client experience, professionalism, and service excellence in their beauty business practices. This includes but is not limited to:

- Providing consistent and exceptional customer service.

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

- Adhering to industry compliance regulations.

- Demonstrating timeliness and reliability in appointments and services.

- Continuously improving business practices to enhance the overall client experience.

2. Complaint Resolution Process:

- Complaint 1: Upon receipt of the first complaint regarding a violation of our core values from a consumer, Member will be informed of the complaint and given the opportunity to address it.

- Complaint 2: In the event of a second complaint, Member will be informed of the complaint and scheduled for a one-on-one session to discuss how we can support them in improving their business practices.

- Complaint 3: If a third complaint is received, Member's membership will be cancelled, and they will be ineligible to rejoin until they demonstrate a commitment to upholding service experience accountability in the beauty industry.

3. Marketing Benefits:

- Member's business will be marketed as a Beauty Experience Community member, highlighting their commitment to service excellence and adherence to our core values.

4. Certificate and Website Badge:

- Within 3 months of registration, monthly members will receive a certificate to display in their salon or workspace. Yearly registrants will receive a certificate and SVG badge for their website within 48 hours of signing up.

5. Membership Cancellation:

- Membership may be cancelled by either party
